A few clear expectations keep every session comfortable, private and respectful — for you and for me.
Prices and travel
Sessions within Singapore are S$190 all-in for 60 minutes and S$230 all-in for 90 minutes. Each includes a S$30 travel charge, which applies to all Singapore bookings because every session is outcall. International bookings are quoted separately and these rates do not apply.
Deposits
A deposit secures your slot: S$60 for a 60-minute session and S$100 for a 90-minute session. Deposits are paid by PayLah once a time has been agreed, and the balance is settled at the session. Deposits are non-refundable, as are appointment slots and packages once purchased.
Changing an appointment
You may move your appointment if you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the session. Changes made within 24 hours of the session will have the deposit deducted.
Outcall sessions
All sessions take place at your home, hotel or private space. Please make sure there is a clean, private area with enough room for a massage table, and let me know any access or parking instructions before the appointment. I bring the table, fresh linens and oils.
Health and suitability
Tension Shift provides massage and recovery-focused bodywork. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please tell me about any relevant injuries, conditions, medication or pregnancy before your session, and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Boundaries and conduct
All sessions are professional and strictly non-sexual. Any disrespectful, unsafe or inappropriate conduct ends the appointment immediately, with no refund, and may result in future bookings being declined.
The 10-session package
The package is S$1,490 for ten 60-minute sessions — S$149 each, travel included. It is valid for 12 months from your first session, is non-transferable, must be used by the named client, and is subject to appointment availability.
International bookings
International and travel bookings require at least three weeks’ notice. Flights, accommodation and local transport are covered by the client, and the package is agreed in writing by enquiry before any booking is confirmed.
